Kanwar has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia (UBC) and is a licensed real estate broker with Sutton Group West Coast Realty (Surrey/120 St) Ltd. Kanwar’s street-level knowledge of the Fraser Valley development land market makes him the go-to advisor for many sophisticated developers and investors. Kanwar is also one of the Principals of Common Ground Consulting.
